POWRi BCRA LUCAS OIL MIDGET SERIES TO MAKE HISTORY AT KCRP DIRT TRACK
As The Dirt Track at KCRP shakes off the winter frost and kicks their 2019 season into gear on Friday, March 15th, history will be made at the high-banked third-mile clay oval. The first ever POWRi Racing sanctioned event in the state of California will take place as the newly formed POWRi BCRA Lucas Oil Midget Series take part in the opening night festivities at the track just west of Bakersfield, CA.
Joining the history making POWRi BCRA Lucas Oil Midget Series will be the return of the 360 Non-Wing Sprint Cars, and everyone’s favorite Jalopies, The Bakersfield Hardtops.
Spectator gates for the 2019 opening night of The Dirt Track at KCRP will open at 6pm, with racing beginning at 7:30. Adult tickets are just $20, and are available at www.kernraceway.com or at the box office on race night.
More history will be made at Kern County Raceway this year as we welcome these exciting events for the first time ever to Bakersfield’s Place to Race!
