INCLEMENT WEATHER FORCES POSTPONEMENT OF OPENING NIGHT AT KEVIN HARVICK’S KERN RACEWAY TO MARCH 16TH

Due to expected inclement weather conditions on Saturday, March 2, Opening Night at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway will now take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
After careful consideration with series directors and track officials, the decision was made to move the date of the inaugural event in order to provide the best possible experience for both fans and competitors.
“We held out as long as we could to make the call, hoping that the weather forecast would develop in everyone’s favor,” said Tim Huddleston with Kern Raceway and CARS Tour West. “Unfortunately, the latest forecasts have only reinforced the likelihood of rough weather and rain during opening night, which wouldn’t be acceptable for anyone—on track or in the grandstands.”
Tickets already purchased for the March 2 event will be automatically transferred and honored for the new date on Saturday, March 16.
